Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, consulting with clients to provide tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to closing. As a BDR, you will leverage our cutting-edge AI-powered lead generation software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, and online channels.
  • Work closely with the sales office team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries and identify high-potential leads for further development.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business operations and pain points.
  • Provide tailored AI-powered software solutions that add value to clients' organizations.
  • Schedule product demos and set up consultative appointments for senior sales executives.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations on our AI-powered lead generation software, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Assist in explaining how our products can help optimize lead generation and sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data within Salesforce, including opportunities, case status, and customer information.
  • Keep detailed notes on leads and progress, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deal closures.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to help improve our product offerings.
  • Attend business events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars to network and generate new leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to raising brand awareness.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for booked appointments, qualified leads, and closed deals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting company expectations and addressing customer challenges.
