In this role you would be developing world class strategies that would live within our platform to help businesses maximize their online presence, generate high-quality leads, and convert visitors into paying customers. We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketing Paid Ad & Conversion Optimization Designer to lead our advertising and conversion strategies.

Role Overview:

As our Senior Digital Marketing Paid Ad & Conversion Optimization Designer, you will be responsible for crafting high-converting ad campaigns, funnels, and landing pages for our home services clients. You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and other PPC networks to maximize conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement data-driven paid advertising strategies to drive conversions and optimize ROI.
• Funnel & Landing Page Design: Design, test, and optimize high-converting marketing funnels and landing pages tailored to home services customers.
• Ad Creative & Copy: Craft compelling ad designs and persuasive copy to attract and convert leads.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct continuous split testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal marketing team, developers, and clients to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Industry Trends: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, PPC updates, and conversion optimization best practices.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and conversion rate optimization.
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ads, funnels, and landing pages.
✔ Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.
✔ Proven track record of increasing conversions for home service businesses or similar industries.
✔ Excellent design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop) with a strong understanding of ad creative best practices.
✔ Data-driven mindset with proficiency in A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools.
✔ Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
✔ Bonus: Experience with SEO, email marketing automation, or CRO tools
