Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Designer-Product to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Designer-Product, you will play a key role in developing visually appealing and user-friendly site mockups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage client projects, and contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring that design meets the project requirements and deadlines. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, collaboration, and innovative thinking will be essential to achieving the goals of the team and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly site mockups for projects, ensuring timely completion to support the launch team in meeting contract terms during client onboarding.
• Utilize platform knowledge to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between development, design, and other departments, reducing back-and-forth iterations and enhancing overall efficiency.
• Manage client projects on our full-service platforms, overseeing design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
• Participate in technical discussions with team members to optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency, contributing insights and expertise to support project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address queries and concerns promptly, and liaise with external teams to ensure project scope remains manageable and timelines are met.
• Research, present, and provide input on the adoption of new technologies essential for the growth of our services, evaluating their potential impact and feasibility within our projects.
• Engage in user training sessions for our products, ensuring users are equipped to utilize features effectively, and integrate user-centric principles into feature development to prioritize functionality that aligns with user needs and preferences.
• Review designs and prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to design guidelines, conducting thorough testing to identify and address any usability issues or inconsistencies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI design, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to contribute to the ongoing success of our projects.
• Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring that valuable insights and lessons learned are captured and accessible.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role in the design field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UI design, including web and mobile application design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other relevant UI/UX tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, product management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user experience and functionality.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
