Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Predictive Sales AI, you will be responsible for driving client success by ensuring they fully leverage the capabilities of our AI-driven software and digital marketing solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them maximize their investment in the PSAI platform. Your key focus will be on guiding clients through the setup and execution of paid social media campaigns (primarily on Facebook), while continuously optimizing these campaigns to deliver maximum return on investment (ROI).
This is a strategic and highly collaborative role that blends customer success, digital marketing expertise, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working closely with clients, coaching them on best practices, and delivering exceptional value that drives long-term satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention & Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor for clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Work proactively to resolve any issues and ensure a positive experience with the PSAI platform.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in the PSAI platform, understanding its full suite of tools and features. Use this knowledge to educate clients on how to use the software effectively to drive business results, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Coach clients on developing and executing effective Facebook Ad campaigns. This includes setting up and optimizing ads, defining strategies, and analyzing results to continuously refine and improve performance. Provide insights on key metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), ROI, cost per lead, and more.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Advise clients on the most effective strategies for achieving success with paid social media, particularly on Facebook. Help them align their digital marketing efforts with their business goals, leveraging PSAI’s AI tools to gain insights and improve targeting.
- Business Development & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients. Work closely with sales and product teams to propose new features, services, and upgrades that align with the client’s evolving needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the product, marketing, and sales teams to drive success for your clients. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and pain points to help improve the PSAI platform. Collaborate with marketing to share best practices and create educational content for clients.
- KPI Reporting & Optimization: Review client performance metrics, including ROI and other KPIs, and develop actionable strategies for improvement. Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations to improve results and meet clients’ business objectives.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company. Champion client feedback, advocate for their needs, and work to ensure that client concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional customer success management.
- Prior experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
- Knowledge and firsthand experience with the search marketing industry.
- Experience writing and testing paid social ad campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in dealing directly with clients, ideally B2C clients.
- Familiarity and prior experience with Content Management Systems. Prior work with WordPress a big plus.
- Prior project management experience preferred.
- A fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS a plus.
