Responsibilities

As a AR Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy and fostering customer trust. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Customer Billing and Invoicing: Accurately prepare, verify, process, and record customer billings, ensuring timely and precise documentation to support revenue flow.
  • Drive Payment Collection and Follow-Up: Ensure timely payment collection through proactive follow-up on outstanding invoices, contributing to sustained cash flow and financial health.
  • Resolve Billing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve any customer billing inquiries or discrepancies, offering clear and effective solutions that strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Regularly update billing records and financial data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and readiness for reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate Contract Management: Partner with Sales and Client Development teams to facilitate contract management tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and dispatching client agreements.
  • Oversee Contract and Services Documentation: Maintain and update records of professional services contracts, ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit readiness.
  • Implement and Enhance Contract Processes: Establish and continuously improve contract administration processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Support Tax Compliance Research: Conduct research on product taxability and evaluate tax implications for specific sales transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the accounting and finance team, driving continuous improvement in accounting practices and financial management.
